
Sandia Coral Bells
Heuchera pulchella (Sandia Coral Bells) is native to the limestone cliffs and mountain slopes of New Mexico’s Sandia and Manzano Mountains. It’s well suited to high elevations up to 8125 ft. Heuchera pulchella is drought tolerant in the shade, but it may need moderate water in hot sunny conditions. It needs only average or lean soil with good drainage. Deer-resistant, this can be a long-lived perennial in the right growing conditions.
