With exceptionally large flower spikes, Perovskia atriplicifolia Lacy Blue is deer resistant, long blooming (from mid-summer through the fall), and thrives in any soil. Just grow it hot and dry once established. Most soil types including clay. Cut back entire plant back to 12” - 15” in spring (not in the fall) Good for Firescaping.
